About Bright Penny

We find the finance. You get on with the job.

Looking for business finance usually starts with a search engine and ends in a fog of comparison sites and call centres. We do that part for you, and come back with the options that are actually worth reading.

How we work

Three steps, and we do the middle one.

A broker sits between businesses and lenders. We work out what you're trying to fund, go and find out who will do it and on what terms, and put the sensible options in front of you.

You are not committing to anything by asking. If none of the options are any good, we'll say so, and it will have cost you a phone call.

  1. You tell us what you need Rough figures are fine. A van, a machine, a cash-flow gap, a building.
  2. We do the legwork We look at what's available and who is likely to lend on it. The part that eats your week
  3. You choose, we arrange it Pick the facility that suits and we handle the paperwork through to completion.

What you can expect.

What we do

  • Work out what you're funding and what would suit it
  • Approach lenders on your behalf and compare what comes back
  • Handle the paperwork through to completion
  • Tell you plainly if there isn't a sensible option

What we won't do

  • Charge you for asking
  • Chase you round the houses if you say no

The straight answer

What it costs, and who we are.

Enquiring costs nothing and there's no obligation at any stage. Where a facility goes ahead, brokers are usually paid a commission by the lender. We'll tell you how we're paid on your deal before you commit to anything. [Fee and commission wording to be confirmed before launch.]

[Regulatory disclosure to be confirmed before launch: Bright Penny's permissions and the basis on which it arranges finance. Bright Penny is not a lender.]

Your details

Your details go where they need to, and nowhere else.

We share what's needed with lenders and finance partners to look at your enquiry, and nothing beyond that. We don't sell data or run marketing lists. The privacy policy sets out the detail.
